Shipped fresh-frozen 1-2 days on dry ice. All orders are shipped Monday-Weds weekly. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be shipped the following week.

All perishable product is shipped Priority Express ("Guaranteed Overnight") with USPS. Our package is meant to stay frozen for 2 days, and cold for 3. There are rare occurences when packages do not arrive on time, or even within this 3 day window. If that occurs, please contact us immediately, send pictures of the spoiled product, and dispose of the package. We will file a claim and reship your product. We appreciate your understanding.
